About Beth

Beth is globally recognized as an expert in integrative health policy and for her dedication and achievements seeking the truth regarding the dramatic increases in chronic illnesses in children in the United States in particular neurologically-based conditions such as autism spectrum disorders. Working with Congress she was primary author on two important reports that two decades later continue to be of vital importance – the first the Mercury in Medicine Report, and the Second regarding the Federal Advisory Committee Act and failures of FDA and CDC to address Conflicts of Interest.

After leaving Congress, Beth focused on consulting in business development, government relations, and in the nonprofit sector. She continued to seek answers to the issues she was engaged in with Congress, through FOIA and other investigative means.

Among her other writings, Beth authored two reports (SafeMinds) and (World Mercury Project, now Children’s Health Defense) regarding Poul Thorsen, MD the doctor who remains on the HHS OIG Most Wanted List for wire fraud and money laundering related to his alleged theft from a CDC autism grant, the inquiry into this uncovering CDC officials misconduct.

Beth Clay’s life has taken her from a small town America to the Middle East, to the Halls of Congress and to most of the states between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Exposed early to a mindset founded in both a strong faith and sure knowledge that Diety (God) exists, coupled with the service-leadership teachings of greats such as President John F. Kennedy who encouraged Americans to “Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country” resulted in a life and career focused on the principles of vitalism , a theory which provides a truth that the universe and living organisms within it are self-conscious, self-developing, self-maintaining, and self-healing. This dynamic system with an inherent guiding intelligence is more than means recognizing that life is not merely a collection of physical and chemical processes sets a tone that is positive and empowering.

Beth twice has taken an oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution, first in the Executive Branch of Government (HHS) and the second in the legislative branch…An oath that Beth will tell you did not end with her government service. The principles of liberty and justice do not diminish with time or age. Given what she learned in her work and the systematic attempt of the last quarter century to eliminate freedoms of speech, body-autonomy in healthcare, parental rights, religious liberty and push for forced medical treatments, some experimental on every American, the oath means more in 2025 than ever before.

Now a Certified Non-profit Executive, Beth’s continues her service to humanity working in the nonprofit realm. This site is her own, not tied to any other organization or individual.
